1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Facturo application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
2. Service Description
Facturo is a mobile invoicing application that allows you to:
- Create and manage electronic invoices
- Store customer and product information
- Export invoices in PDF and Excel formats
- Organize billing documents
- Receive service notifications
3. Registration and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide truthful and accurate information
- You can register via email or social authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining your password security
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for legitimate invoicing purposes and not for:
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Creating false or misleading invoices
- Violating tax or commercial laws
- Interfering with App functionality

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account:

- By deleting the App
- By canceling subscription
- By requesting data deletion
10.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Use the App illegally
- Cause harm to the service
- Fail to pay subscriptions
10.3 Account Deletion and Data Removal
You have the right to delete your account and all personal data at any time:
- Deletion Process: You can request account deletion from Profile > Account > Delete Account
- Deleted Data: All invoices, customers, expenses, settings, and any other data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
- Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it first in App Store Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Process: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your data
- Compliance: This process complies with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and applicable data protection laws
